PCC signed a joint letter to U.S. Senators re: the Food Safety Modernization Act, S. 510, urging amendments to improve food safety without unnecessarily handicapping small-scale food producers.
PCC endorsed the Protect America’s Children from Toxic Pesticides Act of 2020 (PACTPA), which would provide much needed improvements to existing pesticide laws and regulations to better protect people and the environment.
Signed onto a letter suggesting revisions to the Food Safety Modernization Act to prevent unnecessary and unintended negative impacts on family farms, organic farms, value-added agricultural development, conservation and the environment.
