Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, tough ends removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Directions
In a bowl toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest and black pepper. Grill over an open flame until slightly charred and just done (still slightly crisp in the center). Season with salt and serve warm.
