Spice up your life this winter by learning new recipes, refreshing old standbys, or cooking a cuisine you’ve never tried before. “Lebanese Cuisine,” “Successful Sauces” or “Italian Merenda: Afternoon Treats” would do that for you.

If you’re living gluten-free, you have more class choices than ever. Learn how to make gluten-free pasta, Moroccan classics or Japanese dumplings. Vegans will enjoy a wide variety of topics, too, such as “Vegan Patisserie,” “The Accidental Vegan,” “Family Vegan Cooking” and more.

Kids will have fun making Mexican food, wraps from around the world, homemade fresh pasta and much more in hands-on classes geared toward their age group.

Do you teach? PCC Cooks is now planning classes for fall 2012. Go to PccCooks.com to download an application and proposal form to teach classes, or call 206-545-7112. Application deadline is March 1.
