- 1/4 teaspoon shaved nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
For pre-ground spice mixture
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
