Ingredients
- 1/2 pound whole walnuts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- Kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread walnuts in a single layer on a small baking sheet. Bake until hot, lightly browned and fragrant, 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove walnuts from the oven. While still hot, toss on the baking sheet with butter, sugar, salt, curry powder, cinnamon and cayenne. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Serve warm.
