Experience the warmth and flavors of a Southern French winter in our hands-on cooking class. We'll start with Gougères, delightful cheese puffs that make the perfect appetizer. Then, you'll learn to prepare a classic Bouillabaisse, a rich and aromatic seafood stew originating from the coastal towns of Provence. To finish, we'll create a Blood Orange Frangipane Tart, a deliciously sweet and tangy dessert that captures the essence of winter in the South of France. Join us to master these comforting dishes and bring a taste of Provence to your table.

About the instructor: Christa Demment González has taught and cooked in different roles around California, Maine, South Carolina and the Caribbean. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Bastyr San Diego and over 15 years of experience cooking in unique and challenging environments, she finds new ways to translate nutrition science into simple, mouth-watering recipes. She shares her nutrition knowledge through culinary medicine courses for healthcare professionals. Her enthusiasm encourages warm kitchen conversation and empowers participants to build their culinary confidence and recipe toolkit while exploring flavors and foods from around the world.

- Cancellation Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
