Each ticket is for one adult and one child aged 6-10. In this fun and hands-on class, you'll have the chance to learn and explore the art of breakfast baking with a kiddo in your life. Together you'll learn how to measure, mix, and knead dough while making Buttermilk Currant Scones and Savory Cheesy Biscuits. Youll also learn how to make delicious Strawberry Jam from scratch and whip up the perfect-every-time Fluffy Waffles. Along the way, kids will build kitchen confidence, develop basic baking skills, and discover delicious sweet and savory flavor pairings. Don't miss the opportunity to learn and create together - baking together is truly the gift that keeps on giving.

About the instructor: Lisa has loved the kitchen for as long as she can remember. While she has experience teaching school subjects to elementary students, as well as cooking and baking professionally, Lisa finds real delight helping people of all ages connect to food, empowering them to transform great ingredients into deliciousness for the whole family. When she’s not teaching, Lisa is busy bringing sourdough bread and other pastries, all made from locally-grown, locally-milled flours, to area Farmer’s Markets. Lisa is a member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America.
