Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, cut in half
Directions
Cut avocados in half and remove pits. With a spoon, scoop out the insides and place in a bowl. Add tomatoes, onions and cilantro to the bowl. Sprinkle salt over the top and mix.
Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl and mix together. Taste and add more salt and lemon as needed.
Special notes:
Eat and enjoy with chips or in a burrito. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
