For one adult and one child aged 6-10. In this fun, hands-on class, parents and kids will work together to create delightful mini-layer cakes from scratch! You’ll make a light and fluffy Sprinkle Cake with a sweet jam-filled center, topped with a colorful Rainbow Vanilla Swiss Buttercream. This class is perfect for building baking skills, fostering teamwork, and making sweet memories. Everyone will leave with their very own beautifully decorated mini cake—and plenty of new kitchen confidence. Come ready to bake, bond, and enjoy the magic of homemade treats!

About the instructor: Heather Newton started out as a dishwasher at Canlis, working her way up to the pastry team. Since then, she graduated from the Specialty Breads and Desserts program, and has baked her way around Seattle. Now she enjoys sharing what she learned along the way with students of all ages.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
