Description
Tickets are priced per person. In this baking class, dive hands-first into éclairs and cream puffs. To start, you’ll build the base for these indulgent delicacies — pâte à choux — learning the method for mixing the dough that ensures a crisp shell and airy texture. Once the dough is formed, you’ll try your hand at using a pastry bag to properly pipe out your treats and hone the techniques for achieving the desired texture. As your choux bakes, you’ll gain valuable skills crafting glazes and sweet creams for filling and finishing your pastries.
Contains dairy and eggs.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
