Description
Tickets are priced per person. Discover the secrets behind traditional British bakeshop recipes! In this cooking class you’ll pick up techniques for achieving light, tender bakes while achieving balanced flavors. You’ll practice reducing the syrup for mini sticky toffee puddings, get tips for incorporating butter into dough to make light and flaky scones and try your hand at whipping up custard from scratch. With everything you learn in class, you’ll be able to recreate iconic bakes that will earn you a coveted handshake.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
