Description
Celebrate the flavors of our region alongside a partner in this date night cooking class. With our experts as your guide, you’ll learn to oven-roast king salmon so it’s perfectly flaky, and practice carefully reducing a cream sauce. For a side, you’ll try your hand at a multi-step process for turning out smashed potatoes with crispy golden edges. And for dessert, you’ll learn to gently heat ingredients for a panna cotta without scalding. You’ll leave class ready to recreate this Northwest-inspired menu at home.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
