Description
Expand your skills in this baking class all about treats and savory eats. Learn every step for assembling cardamom buns, from making the dough from scratch to filling, shaping and baking. Then, try your hand at carefully incorporating butter into flour to turn out light and flaky scones. On the savory side, you’ll practice creating a flaky pie dough and preparing leeks for a wholesome and hearty quiche. When class is done, you’ll have a repertoire of recipes ready for sharing at this spring’s brunches.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
