Description
Take inspiration from Italian family suppers with this cooking class all about simple, crowd-pleasing eats. Because no Italian meal is complete without pasta, you’ll start by learning to mix, knead and shape dough into fettucine noodles. Then you’ll practice slow-cooking a tomato sauce to concentrate its flavor as well as shaping and oven-roasting a batch of meatballs. And to pull everything together you’ll try your hand at charring romaine in a cast iron and dialing in the consistency as you emulsify a homemade dressing for a Caesar salad. Hearty and filling Italian American fare is always on the menu with the skills you’ll learn in this class.
