Description
Just in time for St. Patrick’s day, discover creative ways to use your favorite brews! For a starter, you'll try your hand at making pretzels from scratch, with tips on achieving the signature golden crust and chewy texture, and sauté aromatics to create a deeply flavorful cheese fondue for dipping. Then, practice marinating, battering and frying halibut, as well as whipping up a quick lemon-dill tartar sauce. And for dessert, you’ll learn to make a quick frosting to finish bold, stout-infused brownies made from scratch.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
