Description
Learn to make traditional Chinese dishes at home! In this cooking class, you’ll pick up techniques and tips for capturing the flavors of Sichuan cuisine. Get practice infusing oil with chilis and hand-grinding spices for a sauce as you create deeply flavorful dan dan noodles. You’ll also try your hand at methodically rolling and flattening dough with scallions for savory pancakes, which you’ll pair with a scratch-made dipping sauce. By the end of class, you’ll be ready to recreate the entire menu in your kitchen.
