Spring Sprigs

The delicate, bright flavor of mint makes it the perfect springtime herb. It lends a cool freshness to both savory and sweet dishes and pairs particularly well with spring vegetables such as peas, asparagus and artichokes. It’s also lovely with lamb and shines in tea and cocktails.
Our fresh mint is locally grown by HerbCo in Duvall, Wash.; or pick up a pack of seeds and exercise your green thumb with a windowsill pot — it’s easy to grow, provided you give it a sunny spot.
