Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 3/4 cups water
Directions
Rinse quinoa in a sieve under cool, running water. Place quinoa in a pan with water and bring to a boil. Cover, then reduce to simmer and let cook for 15 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed. Let sit off the heat for 5 minutes before serving.
