Turmeric Milk with Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Pinch of fresh ginger, grated
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Honey (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a full boil, then remove from heat. Add honey to taste and drink warm.
