Ingredients
- 1/2 pound small radishes, scrubbed and trimmed
- Several tablespoons unsalted butter
- Several tablespoons coarse sea salt
Directions
Place radishes in a small serving dish. Have unsalted butter and coarse sea salt in separate dishes on the side.
To serve, have guests spread each radish with some butter and a sprinkle of sea salt before popping it in their mouth.
