Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- Prepared artichoke lemon pesto or favorite pesto sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Place salmon fillets, skin-side down, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread pesto over the fillets to evenly coat.
Bake until salmon easily flakes apart when pushed with a fork, about 15 minutes.
Special notes:
Serve with steamed veggies — such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts or carrots — or a side salad, and lemon wedges.
