  • Each serving of 4 grapes with yogurt and nuts

Ingredients

  • 20 toothpicks
  • 1/2 pound grapes (about 20 grapes)
  • 1/4 cup spread of choice (vanilla yogurt, caramel sauce, sunflower seed butter, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles of choice (crushed almonds, walnuts or pecans; granola; shredded coconut; crushed pretzels, etc.)

Directions

Line a plate with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside.

Place one toothpick in each grape. Dunk or roll each grape in spread of choice. Dunk or roll each grape in sprinkle of choice. Place grapes on the prepared plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For fun mini frozen pops, put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
