Yields: 5 tablespoons

Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground rose petals (optional)

Directions

Stir together all ingredients.
