Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup basmati rice
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork before serving.
