- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, at room temperature
Directions
Drain garbanzo beans, saving the liquid and reserving the beans for another use.
Whip liquid on high speed, using a stand or handheld mixture, until stiff peaks form, about 12 minutes.
