Anchored near a plethora of local breweries, just beneath the hustle and bustle of the bridge, Ballard PCC is a hub for a wide variety of co-op goers. You’ll find commuters grabbing their morning coffee from our organic café, neighborhood regulars stocking up on staples, and weekend wanderers taking in rooftop views of Salmon Bay with Emerald City Salad in hand.
In true maritime fashion, Ballard PCC features a nautical-themed art installation crafted by local artist, Kyler Martz — a welcoming element of the store. “The work we do at PCC connects our neighborhoods with global food systems as well as local growers, makers and artisans of all kinds. It also connects neighbors to each other. I am reminded every day that neighborhood grocery stores are a touchstone for many people in our society and that food is a timeless way to bring people together. Our community is engaged and committed to a successful, thriving, sustainable co-op and I am proud to be a part of it.”
