Description
Round out your pizza-making skills in this cooking class for two! Working with a partner, you’ll pick up breadmaking basics as you measure and mix pizza dough, then stretch and shape it by hand once it rises. To top your pies, you’ll start by dialing in the seasoning for two sauces: one tomato-based and one cream. You’ll learn to toast spices for flavorful homemade Italian sausage and practice cooking mushrooms till they’re perfectly tender. Add more pizza to your life and multiply your joy — it’s our favorite kind of math.
Contains pork and dairy.
