Description

Learn to make delicious gluten-free pizza entirely from scratch in this class with Chef Kat! You’ll master the art of gluten-free dough before stretching, shaping, and baking crusts that are both chewy and crisp. In class, you’ll choose from an array of flavorful homemade toppings including seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, and more. Whether you’re gluten-free or just looking to expand your pizza-making skills, this class will give you the tools and techniques to create perfect pizzas at home.

About the instructor: Chef Kat got her start in her parents' Mediterranean restaurant while in high school. Kat then attended California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, followed by a 3-month internship in Dublin, Ireland. From there her 20+ year career spans fine dining, large scale catering events, and being a private chef. When the youngest of her children developed serious food allergies her culinary focus shifted and she’s now a master at adapting recipes to exclude common allergens. When she's not cooking, you can find her in her garden, baking or at a local yoga class.

  • Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
