Description
Sign your kids up for an empowering cooking class all about cupcakes! Budding young bakers will practice fundamentals like measuring and mixing as they create three kinds of cake batter. To top their treats, they’ll learn a handful of versatile techniques as they make frosting: dialing in the right amount of chocolate for a ganache, creaming butter to the right consistency, and browning butter without burning. Your kids will leave class with the skills to whip up homemade desserts any time.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
