Description
Tickets are priced per person. Learn every step for making fluffy, flavorful gnocchi by hand in this cooking class! Our instructors will guide you through every step, including tips on preparing and freezing for future meals. You’ll hand-form traditional potato gnocchi and practice browning butter without burning for a brown butter and sage sauce. You’ll also make gnudi, a ricotta and semolina version, and pair it with a classic tomato sauce that you prepare from scratch. To round out the meal, you’ll practice emulsifying a buttermilk dressing for a salad of winter greens.
