Tickets are priced per person. Celebrate the flavors of a Pacific Northwest winter with this hands-on baking class highlighting local ingredients and cozy seasonal favorites. You’ll learn the proper proportions of butter and sugar for achieving crumbly and tender shortbread cookies, prepare filling for hand pies, and infuse syrup with fresh rosemary to finish moist, flavorful Meyer lemon cakes. There are few better ways to lighten a dreary day than sweets — the techniques you learn in class will help you treat yourself throughout the year.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
