Description
Welcome spring with a cooking class on fresh, elegant bites that highlight bright flavors and simple techniques. Our experts will guide you as you make brandade, a traditional Mediterranean spread, with tips to ensure a smooth, fluffy texture. You’ll also practice mixing semolina pasta dough so it’s the ideal consistency, then shape into it orecchiette to pair with pan-cooked broccoli rabe. To round out the menu, you’ll learn to clean clams before steaming them in a flavorful mix of wine, herbs and other aromatics.
Contains seafood and dairy.
