You’ll learn to create a soft and festive Sprinkle Cake, fill it with luscious jam, and finish it with a smooth and vibrant Rainbow Vanilla Swiss Buttercream. Perfect for sharing with someone special or treating yourself, this class will walk you through essential cake-making techniques, from mixing and layering to piping and decorating. About the instructor: Heather Newton started out as a dishwasher at Canlis, working her way up to the pastry team. Since then, she graduated from the Specialty Breads and Desserts program, and has baked her way around Seattle. Now she enjoys sharing what she learned along the way with students of all ages.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
