Ingredients
- 2 cups plain whole milk yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped English cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint or 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Keep refrigerated as long as the yogurt’s expiration date. Serve with rice, pasta, kebabs, meat or chicken dishes.
