Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk (low fat will not work)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
In a cold bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk with an electric beater on high until fluffy and firm.
Serve as a topping for Chocolate Mousse or other desserts.
