Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

In a small bowl, use a fork to stir together all ingredients until combined. The mixture should still retain a chunky texture.

Serve immediately.

Special notes:

Although this is wonderful as is, you can make a creamier version by combining the ingredients in food processor and pulsing 6 to 8 times.
