Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch spinach, chopped
- 1 bunch red chard, chopped
- 1 bunch collards, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions
Sauté fennel, onions, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until just soft, 7 to 10 minutes. Season with salt. Add greens and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in dill and lemon juice.
