Ingredients
- 1 sprouted wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup prepared seasoned black beans, heated
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Optional
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Diced avocado
- Steamed or sautéed greens
Directions
Over medium heat, warm tortilla in a cast-iron pan for about 1 minute to soften. Remove from the heat and spread with beans, egg, tomatoes and cheddar. Add any desired optional ingredients, then wrap and serve.
