Ingredients
- 1 pound tricolor cheese tortellini
- 1/3 cup prepared pesto
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Cook tortellini in salted, boiling water according to package directions; drain and toss with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
