Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1 1/2 (or so) pounds halibut fillet, skin off
- 2 tablespoons tamari or your favorite soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F. Combine the lemon zest and cracked pepper.
Place the fish on a parchment paper-lined baking dish. Brush with the tamari and sprinkle with the lemon pepper. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until the halibut sections just begin to slide apart when pressed.
