- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Directions
In a large, dry skillet set over medium heat, toast spices (stirring or shaking frequently to prevent burning) until they turn a shade or two darker and become aromatic, 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool. Grind to a fine powder and store.
