Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 2 1/4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup safflower or neutral-flavored oil
Directions
Mix everything together, except oils, in a bowl. Using a hand whisk or immersion blender, slowly drizzle oils into vinegar mixture, blending continuously to form an emulsified sauce.
