Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate in a sealed container up to 5 days.
To use as a marinade: Add half the sauce to a sealable bag with choice of protein (chicken, beef, fish, pork or tofu) and refrigerate for 20 to 60 minutes. Cook protein as desired. Serve remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
