Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Demerara or Turbinado sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds, finely ground
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a lid; shake well to combine. Store in a cool, dry place.
