Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup or agave nectar (see note)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom or nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
- 2 to 4 drops liquid Vitamin D (optional)
- 1/2 cup mix dark-colored seasonal fruit (blueberries, huckleberries, purple grapes, blackberries, etc.)
Directions
Mix together yogurt, honey, spices, extract and Vitamin D until well combined. Taste adjust cinnamon as preferred. Layer yogurt with berries in 2 glass bowls or cups.
Special notes:
Use 2 to 3 drops stevia liquid in place of sugar syrups.
