Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Pinch of fresh ginger, grated
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Honey (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a full boil, then remove from heat. Add honey to taste and drink warm.
