Cancer-fighting Recipes
There’s a lot to take note of in October, including its designation as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We reached out to Rebecca Katz, nutritionist and author of “The Cancer Fighting Kitchen,” a fabulous cookbook with “nourishing, big-flavor recipes for cancer treatment and recovery.” In creating a recently updated second edition, Rebecca says, “I’m so impressed with both the taste and nutritional power of herbs and spices that I’ve increased their content in many of the recipes.”
