2017 Annual Members’ Business Meeting

PCC’s Annual Members’ Business Meeting took place on June 13, 2017. Board Chair, Julianne Lamsek, and CEO, Cate Hardy, spoke about the state of the co-op, followed by member Q & A. There was also time for members to meet and mingle with the board, leadership team, and election candidates. Board members Julianne Lamsek and Carol Binder, whose board terms ended in June of this year, were thanked for their years of service to PCC. For more information click here.

Board Report

The 2016 – 2017 board met on May 30 for the final meeting of the board year. The board received year-end reports from the Finance, Member Relations, Board Development and CEO Evaluation Committees.

Next Board Meeting

The next board meeting will be on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the PCC Co-op Office: 3131 Elliott Avenue, Suite 500, Seattle, WA 98121. We will provide notice of the start and end time of this meeting on the board report page soon, including when the ten-minute member comment period is. Member comments are limited to three minutes unless the board chair previously approves a longer presentation.
