Holiday store hours

All stores will be closed Thanksgiving Day to enable PCC store staff to spend the holiday with their families and friends. Happy Thanksgiving!

Holiday feast choices

We are delighted to share your table during the holiday. We offer many choices of humanely raised turkeys and ham — as well as wild caught salmon. We also have Field Roast and Tofurky as vegan options.

With turkey the number one choice, we offer a variety and encourage you to order turkeys in advance to make sure you get exactly what you want. We’re offering certified organic (non-GMO) turkeys, non-GMO Project Verified turkeys, and organic American Heirloom turkeys.

We also will offer turkeys that are fully cooked and need only to be warmed up. These choices include organic oven roasted turkeys, or traditional smoked turkeys.

All of PCC’s holiday hams are Non-GMO Project Verified. You can choose from bone-in or spiral-sliced.

Starting November 1, you can place orders for turkey and hams three ways:

  • Online at pccmarkets.com
  • Calling the store
  • Visiting the PCC meat counter

When ordering, be sure to specify whether you want a cooked or fresh bird. The deadline for holiday orders is November 19.

Pick up your order at the meat counter of the store you choose. Note that we’re closed Thanksgiving Day, so all orders must be picked up the day before.
