Seattle is at the heart of our co-op and we’re proud to be in the heart of the city, too. When you step through our 4th Avenue entrance, you’ll discover an art installation that speaks to strength in unity, reflected each day in our community. Our commitment to Seattle’s most bustling neighborhood continues down every organic aisle, where you’ll find peak-season produce, responsibly harvested seafood and more.
Taking a lunch break? Our in-store cooks have an option for every taste. Snag a slice of hot pizza and bottle of local kombucha, and grab a fresh-baked cookie while you’re at it. Or, pick up a meal for two, family-size salads or ready-to-heat casseroles from the PCC Market Kitchen before you hop on the light rail to head home.
Downtown PCC is our fourth store to pursue Living Building Challenge (LBC) Petal Certification. Run by the International Living Future Institute, LBC is the most rigorous green building standard in the world.

There’s always something fresh and ready to eat, from slices of hot pizza to our salad bar featuring organic produce to our full-service deli case with 40+ unique dishes crafted by our cooks.
Say cheers to small vineyards, local breweries and our oh-so-knowledgeable staff at our weekly tastings.

“As the anchor grocery store for a vibrant Downtown Seattle, we are excited to be a part of the revitalization of the neighborhood and are committed to becoming a trusted member of the community. Our goal is to be a space where people can come to enjoy a cup of coffee, catch up with a friend on a lunch break and fill their pantry for the week.”
